When you look around what do you see? The bright side? Is the glass half empty? The world today is such a wiked place. However there is joy and beauty to be found everywhere.  What I pray for is peace on earth. But peace can only be achieved with both sides willing to forgive and move on. How in the world can that happen in the holy war going on now? Both sides think they are right. Both sides think God is on their side. I know for sure God cannot be on both sides. But God's will can be done through both sides. So look at what  is left, look at what has been done when concessions have been made. I know I am biased, but only really based on logic. If someone who was impartial weighed all things equally they would have to come to the conclusion that there is a force out there that does not want peace. So how can we move on and leave all the strife behind? The ridiculous and childish ways of the people under the Islamic persuasion cannot be fathomed therefore cannot be reconciled into any guarantee that the fighting will ever stop. I do not really even hear the moderate, sane, and peace-seeking Islamic peoples really standing up and renouncing these attacks and pronouncements against actually the majority of the worlds populations. It is almost comical if it weren't so tragic the fantasyworld  approach the Islamists take to solving their problems that their "religion" creates trying to deal with the rest of the world. I know in my heart that is because they have thrown their lot in with a lie,  something false that which if it is allowed to logically run it's course we would arrive right where we are right now.

As a small business owner I have come to the realization that running a small business is a microcosm of theworld around us. Some people work really hard and are compensated well, and some who do not stick up for themselves, not so well. Then there are some who just show up to get money. They don't care if the boss makes any money, they are just there to get money. Then there's another group who say they want to earn some money but won't even show up. I really am fascinated by how many people are in a financial jam but are unwilling to even work a little more to get out from under their trouble. Well I just wanted to air this out and see it in writing. There is nothing I can do but try my hardest and if anybody wants to work hopefully find them.
